Newsweek Poll: Bush at 38%

This is the Newsweek Poll that was taken during the thwarted plot of the London plane bombings (August 10th and 11th, 2006). President Bush's approval is at 38%, but 55% still disapprove of the overall job performance. The only issue the GOP has an advantage on is terrorism (44% to 39%), but the Dems dominate every other issue.
